Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of cutting-edge cosmetic formulations through in-depth research and understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate, optimize, and enhance cosmetic products, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing materials including advertisements, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and captivating content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey messages to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately compound medications following established formulas and guidelines, ensuring precise measurements and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on both incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively, including monitoring stock levels, ordering necessary supplies, and maintaining proper storage conditions to prevent wastage or expiration.
  • Maintain accurate records of all production activities, including batch records, formulation records, and inventory logs, to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as research and development, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing to ensure seamless production processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid pharmacy technician certification or relevant academic degree in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant pharmaceutical regulations and standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), US Pharmacopeia (USP), and FDA regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in compounding medications and conducting quality control checks to ensure product safety and efficacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory effectively, maintain detailed records, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, convey production-related information clearly, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the production process.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze costs associated with various projects, products, or services within the organization.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates for new projects or products, considering factors such as materials, labor, overhead, and other expenses.
  • Assist in developing budgets by providing cost-related information and forecasts.
  • Monitor actual costs against budgeted costs and identify variances. Recommend corrective actions as needed to control costs.
  • Calculate the cost of goods sold (COGS) for manufactured products, including direct and indirect costs.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements within manufacturing processes or operational procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on cost trends, variances, and cost-saving initiatives for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. A certification in cost accounting or management accounting is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting, cost analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information.
    Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is essential for accurate cost calculations and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, costing methodologies, and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, etc.
  • Organize and conduct orientation programs for new hires to familiarize them with company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure new employees have necessary equipment, access, and training.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage employee benefits administration such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process by collecting and analyzing performance data.
  • Mediate conflicts and grievances between employees and/or between employees and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) may be preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR assistant or HR coordinator.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
