- Start by cleansing and drying your face.
- Apply the MediCalm mask to your face, leaving it on for 20 minutes. After peeling off the mask, massage any remaining essence into the skin. Wait for 15 minutes, then gently prick the skin with a toothpick before cleaning the face with water.
